Quick Access Filters

 

  • Favorites: Instantly access reports marked as favorites for quicker navigation.

  • Latest: View the most recently updated manual or scheduled reports.

 

Available Actions

 

  • Status Indicator: See whether a report is completed, in error, or never run.

  • Download: Download reports directly to your device.

  • Open in Excel Online: Seamlessly open reports in Excel Online. On first use, users will be prompted to authorize Microsoft account access. Once set up, reports open in read-only mode for secure, online viewing.

  • Upload Reports: Easily upload new reports with a dedicated upload button.

💡 Tip: Mark any report as a favorite by clicking the star icon. Favorite reports will appear directly on the homepage for faster access.

Report Schedules Section

What Happens If Credits Run Out?

 

  • Execution Halts: No reports or schedules will run once credits are exhausted.

  • In-Progress Reports: Any reports currently running will be completed.

  • User Alerts:

    • Action buttons for running reports will be disabled.

    • Users attempting to run a report will see an error message.

    • Scheduled report recipients will receive a one-time email notification if the run fails due to insufficient credits.
