How to Access Reports Center in Jet Reports?

The Jet Reports Center provides a centralized platform to manage, upload, and schedule reports, enhancing collaboration and productivity. You can access the Reports Center through several methods:

Access Methods for Reports Center

You can access the Reports Center using any of the following:

  1. Jet Reports Excel Add-in

  2. Jet Platform

  3. Direct URL

1. Accessing Reports Center via Jet Reports Excel Add-in

To use the Jet Reports Excel Add-in:

  • Ensure you have a supported version of the Jet Excel Add-in installed. If you haven’t installed it yet, download it from: Jet Reports Installation.

  • Open Excel, go to the Jet ribbon, and click on:

    -Access Reports Center
    -Upload to Reports Center

These options allow you to open the Reports Center and upload reports directly from Excel.

 

Enable Reports Center on the Jet Ribbon

If these options appear disabled, follow these steps:

1. On the Jet ribbon, navigate to:
Settings > App Settings > Settings Location

2. In the Choose where your data source settings are stored section, select:
Reports Center > click OK.

3. Then go to:
Jet Ribbon > locate Show and hide Jet ribbon items.

2. Accessing Reports Center via Jet Platform

  • Navigate to the Platform homepage.
  • Click on the Reports Center icon to launch the tool.

First-Time Access to Reports Center

When accessing the Reports Center for the first time, you may need to complete a few one-time setup steps:

Region Selection

When signing in to Reports Center for the first time, you may encounter the following screen:

 

 

  • You will be prompted to select a region where your organization’s data will be stored.

  • This prompt appears only for the first user in your organization.

  • The region setting is permanent and cannot be changed after selection.

Note for APAC users: Select North America as your region.

If your region is automatically detected via Platform or Salesforce settings, this step may be skipped.

Initial Connection Setup

 

  • The first user will need to complete the initial connection setup for the organization.

  • Once done, all users will be directed to the Reports Center home page.

📌 Recommendation: Complete the setup promptly to avoid delays in accessing reporting features.

After setup, all users will land on the Reports Center home page. This dashboard provides:
