  • NAV 2013–2017: Requires matching Jet Reports Business Objects (.fob) and version 16.0.16252.0+

• Microsoft Dynamics GP: Version 9 or later

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations: Version 10.0.25

• Microsoft SQL Server: 2014–2022

• Other Supported Sources:

  • Any OLE or ODBC-compliant database

  • Note: Compatibility with Business Central 14/15 excludes custom base apps.

Microsoft Office Requirements

• Supported Versions:

  • Microsoft 365 (Desktop version only, via Enterprise Semi-Annual Channel)

⚠️ Only one version of Office should be installed on your machine. Jet Reports does not support multiple Office installations on a single system.

Installation Requirements

To complete your installation, make sure you have the following:

• A valid Jet Reports license and activation code

• Administrator access to enter credentials during setup

• For Microsoft Dynamics NAV/GP (on-premise): Server name or IP address

• For hosted/Azure deployments:

  • Server name or IP address

  • Properly configured DNS and endpoints for external access

• For Universal SQL or ODBC/OLE databases:

  • Correct drivers must be installed and configured on the local system (also applies if using Jet Service Tier)
